Willie Sue Jennings

Sue Jennings, 90, of Ethel, MS passed away December 22, 2021 at her residence. Funeral Services are Friday, December 24, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Edgefield Baptist Church with Burial to follow at Edgefield Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home. Rev. Walter Hines and Rev. Curtis Graham will be ministering. Mrs. Jennings was a member of Edgefield Baptist Church. She worked for many years until retirement as a factory worker in the Kosciusko area. Mrs. Sue Jennings is survived by two daughters Karen Hunt (Joe) of McCool and suzette Tanksley (Kenny) of Ethel, MS ; one sister Betty Jean Whittington of McCool, MS ; five grandchildren Andrea (Keith) Edwards, Erica (Miles) Raney, Trevor Tanksley, Mallory Hunt, and Kansas (Nick) Liner ; two great-grandchildren Shelby Edwards and Ella Edwards; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents William Benjamin and Mary Elizabeth Bowie Moore; her husband James Jennings ; and one sister Allyne Eakins. Memorial may be made to Edgefield Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
