Willie Morris Rice

Mrs. Wille Morris Rice, 81, of Kosciusko, passed away August 21, 2020 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Graveside services were held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 25th at Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Meggs officiated. Jordan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Rice was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. For a number of years, she was a florist at Lailon's Flowers. She is survived by her son, Jason Rice of Kosciusko; daughter, Wanda (Shannon) Witzel of Kosciusko; brother, James Morris; sisters, Clydean McHann, Nellie Caldwell, Jody Duncan, Judy Lundy, Deb Speir; grandchildren, Shanda Rutherford, Jeremy Witzel, Troy Ansley, Luke Rice, Blake Rice, Nadiya Rice; great grandchildren, Hunter, Whitlee, Easton; a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lucius K. Rice; son, Tony Rice; grandson, Thomas Rice; parents, William Edgar and Vella Whitehurst Morris. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Parkway Baptist Church.
