Waylon "Red" Wheeless Ethel Emmett Waylon Wheeless, 83, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2017 at his home. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 10 and 12-2 p.m. Wednesday, October 11 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 11 in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Carson Ridge Cemetery. Rev. George Pitts, Rev. Jerry Redd and Rev. Ralph Hunt will officiate. Survivors include his wife, Nannie Ingram Wheeless of Ethel; children, Reba Alford of Jackson, Debbie Evans of Ethel, Bucky Wheeless (Angie)of Ethel, and Rose Sharp of Kosciusko; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; brother, Ralph Wheeless (Doris) of Ethel; and sister, Carol Barrett (Jerry) of Ethel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Bessie Juanita Yates Wheeless; brother, Grady Wheeless; and sister, Wilma Minshew. Memorials may be sent to the Carson Ridge Cemetery fund.
