Wanda Barton Fancher

Wanda Barton Fancher, 51, of Kosciusko, MS passed away September 1 ,2021 at Merit Health Rankin in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Gymnasium with burial to follow at Parkway Cemetery. Visitation is Friday, September 3, 2021 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Gymnasium and Saturday, September 4, 2021 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Rev. Barry Corbett will officiate. Mrs. Fancher was a member of the Kosciusko First Baptist Church where she served on various church committees and taught children’s classes. She was the Attala County Circuit Clerk for the past 18 years and was a member of the Mississippi Circuit Clerk Association. She was a life member of Junior Auxiliary of Kosciusko. She served as secretary for KHS Booster Club. Wanda is survived by her husband of 24 years, Tim Fancher of Kosciusko, MS; two sons, Logan Timothy Fancher and Larson Blake Fancher both of Kosciusko, MS; parents, Gerald and Peggy Barton of Kosciusko, MS; two sisters, Rebecca (Shawn) Keeton and Noelle (Daniel) Ray both of Kosciusko, MS; one brother, David (Jen) Barton of Brandon, MS; mother and father-in-law, Mary Helen and David Fancher of McCool, MS; brother-in-law, Terry (Lacye) Fancher of Kosciusko; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter Lindsi Makayla Fancher. Serving as pallbearers are Terry Fancher, Shawn Keeton, Daniel Ray, Caleb Chisholm, Braxton Ray, Braden Ray, Ezra Keeton, Chase Morgan, and Micah Parker.
