Tracy Tyler Weaver

Tracy Tyler Weaver, 46, of Kosciusko passed away August 28, 2023, at her residence. Visitation is from 12:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., Sunday, September 3, 2023, at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2: 30 p.m., Sunday, September 3, 2023, at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Marvin Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Jeremy Tillman will officiate.


Tracy was born January 12, 1977, to Patrick Tyler and Regina Smith Simmons in Durant, Mississippi. She attended Williamsville Baptist Church and attended the D-group at the church. Tracy was a registered nurse for the past 26 years working at Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital, Sta-Home Health, Premier Medical Clinic, Baptist Medical Center-Attala, and Martha Jo Leslie State Veterans Home. She enjoyed playing Bunko with her mother Regina and daughter Meagan. It was so much joy for Tracy to be able to watch her kids in sports, ballet, and all their activities that they were involved in.


Tracy is survived by her husband, Bryan Weaver of Kosciusko; sons, Tyler Weaver and Matthew Weaver of Kosciusko; daughter, Meagan Weaver of Kosciusko; mother, Reginia (Gerald) Simmons of Kosciusko; brothers, Kelly (Erin) Tyler of Ft. Worth, Texas and Cory (Haley) Tyler of Starkville, Mississippi; mother-in-law, Annette Weaver of Kosciusko; uncle, Louis Tyler; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.


She was preceded in death by father, Pat Tyler, and father-in-law, Jim Weaver.


Serving as pallbearers are Joe Tommasini, Adam Tommasini, Austin Tommasini, Bradley Sanders, J.C. Tyler, Barry Moss, and David Webb. Serving as honorary pallbearers are the staff and associates of Martha Joe Leslie State Veterans Home.


Memorials may be sent to Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital.
