Shawn Dominick Posteraro

Shawn Dominick Posteraro, 13, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at Baptist-Attala in Kosciusko. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2019 at St. Therese Catholic Church in Kosciusko. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Therese Catholic Church in Kosciusko. Father Odel Medina will officiate. He was of the Catholic faith. He attended and graduated from Greenlee Elementary School in Ethel. He was a beloved son to his parents and a great brother. He never met a stranger and made a friend with everyone he met. He is now in Heaven and God can't get a word in edgewise. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Posteraro of Ethel; brothers, Vincent Posteraro and Garrick Posteraro, both of Ethel; Nannie, Christina Barrett of Kosciusko; paternal grandmother, Diane Curry; aunts and uncles, Michael Posteraro, Audrey Posteraro, Tabitha Barrett, Cynthia Barrett, and Cathy Ann Reynolds; cousins, Christina Johnson and Karrinn Barrett; and a host of many many other cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Orazio Spinelli; paternal grandfather, Robert Barrett; and aunt, Carolyn Barrett.
