Roselyn A. Black, 76, of Conroe, TX passed into eternity on November 8, 2015. She was a member of the Thomastown Christian Church in Thomastown, MS. Roselyn was the daughter of the late Paul E. Blailock, Sr. and Lovie Elizabeth Blailock of Thomastown. She was preceded in death by her brother, Paul E. Blailock, Jr. of Kosciusko. Rose is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Wayne Black of Conroe, TX. She is also survived by their two sons, Phillip W. Black (Michelle) of Conroe and Peter C. Black (Rhonda) of Royse City, TX; six grandchildren, Phillip W. Black II and Connor P. Black of Conroe, Reine A. Black-Laib (Aaron) of Emporia, KS, Colby W. Black and Margaret "Maggie" A. Black of Grapevine, TX, and Ryon B. Phillips of Royse City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Rose loved music and played piano for worship services in the church for many, many years. She adored being with her grandchildren whenever possible, whether that was at the farm, home or on a sports field somewhere in Texas. Rose also loved sewing and animals, especially their dogs, cats, and donkeys. She traveled the world with her family, but she treasured going back home to Mississippi. Rose will be greatly missed by all of her family. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am Saturday, November 14 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko with graveside service following at Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko. Rev. Ray Bardin will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Thomastown Christian Church in Thomastown, MS.
