Ronnie Self

Ronnie Mac Self, 65, of McCool, Mississippi passed away Friday, May 10, 2024, at Golden Triangle Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral service is at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 12, 2024, at Harmony Baptist Church with burial at Harmony Cemetery. Rev. Terrell Mayo is officiating the service.

Ronnie was born September 12,1958 in Mississippi to Nathan Self and Betty Yates Self. He was welder with Tayor Machine Works for 36 years. Ronnie was a member and a deacon of Harmony Baptist Church. He was also a member of Starkville Bass Club. Ronnie loved to go hunting, fishing, and camping.

Ronnie is survived by his wife Kathy; 2 granddaughters Karmon (Dustin) Jennings and Katelyn (Josh) McDaniel; one brother Rickey (Teresa) Self; one grandson Jeremiah Jennings; and one daughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents Nathan Self and Betty Yates Self.

Serving as pallbearers are Ryan Self, Brandon Self, Jack Sisson, Brent Woods, Darrian Reed, and Dustin Jennings.
