Richard "Buddy" Frazier

Richard “Buddy” Frazier, 62, of Kosciusko, Mississippi passed away Monday, June 17, 2024, at his residence. A visitation is from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 20, 2024, at the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Meggs is officiating the service.

Buddy was born November 16, 1961, in Kosciusko, Mississippi to James Edward “Edd” Franklin Frazier and Janette McMillan Frazier. He was a heavy equipment operator and foreman with Delta Constructors. “Buddy” was a member of Crestview Church. He enjoyed racing and spending time with his family.

Buddy is survived by his wife, Frances “Boo” Frazier of Kosciusko; mother, Janette Frazier of Kosciusko; son, Jeremy (Mollye) Moudy, and step-son, James Swanton of Pass Christian; daughter, Jenny Cain of Kosciusko; brothers, Robert “Bobby” Howell of Kosciusko; sisters, Jan Keringer of Madison, Kathy (Richard) Maddox of Kosciusko, and Anita Odom of Kosciusko; brother-in-law, Terry Sledge of Madison; grandchildren, Addyson Cain, Meredith Moudy, and Rhett Moudy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edd Frazier, first wife, Marilyn Frazier, and sister, Mary Sledge.
