Perry Jerone Lishman

Dr. Perry Jerone Lishman, 56, a specialist of emergency room medicine, died August 5, 2014. Visitation is Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 11- 1 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2014 in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Parkway Cemetery. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Donna Holdiness will officiate. Dr. Lishman was born in Pascagoula, MS. He was a member of MENSA International and Chief in his Residency. He was an Ole Miss Alumni and a recipient of a Golden Shovel Award. He was a licensed pilot and certified in SCUBA. He was a great DAD. Survivors include his wife, Charity Ferguson Lishman of Kosciusko; mother, Nina Lishman; daughters, Ashley Lishman Legate (Graham) of Brandon, Aimee Lishman, Lexie Lishman, Alexis Simmons, Chloe Lishman, and Sophia Lishman, all of Kosciusko; granddaughter, London Legate; brother, Mark Lishman of Atlanta, GA; and aunt, Deborah Lishman Spence. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lexie and Margie Lishman and Percy and Dora Brock; father, Lexie Lishman; brother, Gregory Lishman; and uncle, David Lishman. Pallbearers are Tony Ferguson, Adam Lishman, David Lishman, Jr., Jim Spence, Graham Legate, and Ernest Dees.
