Peggy Evans Wilson

Peggy Ann Evans Wilson, 84, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 in Ripley, MS. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Monday, May 8 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the New Salem Cemetery. Rev. Ed Newman will officiate. She was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church. She was a pianist and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her flower garden. Survivors include her three children, Billy Wilson of Kosciusko, Sharon James and husband, Junior of Weir, and Joe Wilson and wife, Tracey of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren, Kelly Kennedy and Genny Chamblee; great-grandchildren, Katherine Kennedy, Mia Claire Munoz, and Matthew Chamblee. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Garvis Wilson, Sr; and her grandson, Josh Wilson. Pallbearers are Mark Wilson, Terry Wilson, James Greene, John Swafford, Randy Triplett, and Bud McCrory.
