Paulette Shuler

Paulette Shuler went home to the Lord on Friday, November 9, 2018. She was 71 and lived in Kosciusko. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Edgefield Cemetery. Dr. Jeremy McCrory will officiate. Ms. Shuler will be remembered for her love of cooking, painting, and traveling. She was a graduate of Holmes Community College Cosmetology Program and worked in the business for many years before retirement. Ms. Shuler was baptized and a member of Temple Baptist Church in El Paso, Texas. She was preceded in death by her sister, Annette Shuler; and her parents Clinton Shuler and Lena Clay Morgan Shuler Edwards. She is survived by her daughters, Heather Helms of Mobile, AL., and Brandi Johnson of Memphis, TN.; her sons, Chris Helms of Mobile, AL., and Tanner Johnson of Memphis, TN.; her sisters, Janette McCrory of Madison, MS., Joy Horne and her husband Dewey of Kosciusko, MS.; one brother, Bruce Shuler and his wife Mia of China. Her grandchildren include Mallory, Garland, and Isabel Helms, Morgan Nolfe, Noah and Madelyn Helms all of Mobile, Al., Savannah French and Sophia Spencer of Memphis, TN.; one great-granddaughter Cora Sage Nolfe of Mobile ,and one great-grandson Logan Johnson of Memphis and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Floyd Morgan, Tony Black, Larry Black, Bruce Shuler, and Dr. Jeremy McCrory. Online condolences can be made at jordanfuneralhome.com.
