Eulogy for Ora Bell Bain Flint July 24, 1918 to January 23, 2016 Ora Bell Bain Flint passed away peacefully around 7AM January 23, 2016 at the Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Mrs. Flint had been a long time resident of the Shady Grove Community in Attala County. She is survived by Ernest Hilmon Flint, her husband of 75 years, one son Ernest H. Flint, Jr. of Kosciusko, MS, his wife Doris, five grandchildren, two great grand-children, many cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends. Mrs. Flint was born to Daniel L. and Mary Edna Cox Bain, graduated from Ethel High School and married Ernest H. Flint in 1941. They made their home in the Shady Grove community and were active members of the Shady Grove Methodist Church and the Shady Grove Community Club. Mrs. Flint was known for her benevolent spirit and generosity toward the ill and needy throughout her life. Services for Mrs. Flint will be held at the Shady Grove Community Church beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Monday January 25, 2016. Public visitation from 11:00 a.m. until noon at the Church. It is requested that instead of flowers that memorials be sent to the Shady Grove Community Association to be directed toward restoration of the church and other facilities there.
