Nancy Seros Skeen

Nancy Seros Skeen, 85, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in the Attala County Nursing Center in Kosciusko. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 21 and from 9:30-11 a.m. on Thursday, September 22 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 22 in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Shiloh Cemetery in the Carmack Community. Rev. Donald Self will officiate. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her sons, Vincent (Teresa) Eakin of Water Valley, MS and Chan Casey of Dallas, TX; daughters, Deborah (Red) Rowland of Bolton, MS, Carol (Jim) Pegg of Loveland, CO, Evelyn Cummings of Kosciusko, and Bertha Stagner of Kosciusko; fifteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and brother, Calvin Smith of Ethel, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Skeen; parents, Clarence Cecil and Bertha Pearl Newton Smith; sisters, Mary Alice Jones and Betty Jean Smith; and brothers, John Thomas Smith, Herman Smith, Cruson Smith, Coy P. Smith, Sr. and Clarence Smith. Pallbearers are Joseph Hood, Hunter Hood, Michael Rigby, Matt Rigby, Christopher Johnson, Shaun Williams, Peyton Hood, Kevin Rhodes, and Ronnie Smith.
