Mrs. Melba Bingham Nail, 88, passed away on May 11, 2016, at Peachtree Village, Brandon MS, Visitation will be held Thursday, May 12 from 5:00 - 8:00 at Jordan Funeral Home, Kosciusko, MS . Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 13, at 2:00 at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel, interment will follow in New Providence Cemetery, Carmack, MS. The Rev. Don Cook will officiate. Melba was born May 21, 1927 to the late Zeb D. and Lou Emma "Ludie" Strahan Bingham. She will be fondly remembered for her strength and determination as well as her love of family, flowers, quilting, Christmas decorating and the Mississippi State Bulldogs. Mrs. Nail was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years George Nail, grandson George Benton Nail Jr., great granddaughter Katie Grace Crowson, seven brothers Auston Bingham, Barney Bingham, Calvin Bingham, Howell Bingham, Irvin Riley Bingham, Robert Lee Bingham, Willie Houston Bingham, and three sisters Audrey Bingham, Inez Morris and Odessa Gibson. Melba is survived by her children, Barbara Webster (Steve) of Vicksburg, Judy Eakins of Brandon, Benton Nail (Debbie) of Kosciusko and Patricia McMahon (Steve) of Brandon; grandchildren, Leigh Molen (Greg), Lori Cameron (Dave), Kevin Eakins (Christina), Kimberly Lowery (Rusty), Chris Nail (Lori), Marc Nail (Rachel), Kerri Crowson (Scott), Allison Fulgham (Scott), Megan Lucas (Justin) and eighteen great grandchildren.
