Mary Lavelle Dickerson Duke passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017 at Baptist Attala in Kosciusko. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Parkway Cemetery. Dr. Scott Wright will officiate. Survivors include her brother, Walter Dickerson, Jr. of Jackson, MS; sister, Elsie D. Fail of Gulfport, MS; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marcell Duke; parents, Walter and Mary Blanche Donald Dickerson; sister, Mattie D. Morse; and brothers, Joe F. Dickerson and T. Edward Dickerson. Memorial may be sent to the First United Methodist Church in Kosciusko.
