Mary Helen Douglas Lumberton, MS Mary Helen Rutherford Douglas, 65, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017 at her home. She was a member of Salem Methodist Church in New Port Community. Survivors include her husband, Robert W. Douglas of Lumberton, MS; daughters, Pamela D. Ruth of Livingston, LA and Cynthia Lynn Douglas of Texas; three step-grandchildren; and two brothers, Billy Rutherford and Alan Rutherford, both of Kosciusko. She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Helen Edwards Rutherford; and her son, Rodney Rutherford. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
