Louise Howell Huggins, 86, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at her daughter's residence in McCool. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 27 at the Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Tommy Allen will officiate. She was a life member of the American Legion Post #44. Survivors include her son, Bill McKinnon of Kosciusko; daughters, Deborah (J.W.) Myers and Donna Pope, both of McCool and Doris Irwin and Denise Threet, both of Ethel; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall Buren and Bertise Levera Collins Howell; husband, Junior Lee Huggins; son, Bobby McKinnon; four brothers; and one sister.
