Lillie Jannett Moffett, 55, died Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Grenada, MS. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. She was a former employee of Electric Quartets. She is survived by sons, George R. Moffett, Jr. of Jackson, Joseph W. Moffett of Kosciusko, and Joseph A. Moffett of Kosciusko; daughters, Amy Thornton of Carmack and Rebecca Swindle of Greenwood; eleven grandchildren; brothers, L. C. Buchanan of Summerville S.C. and Ben Buchanan of Brandon, MS; and sisters, Patricia Vance of Brandon, Diane Lanford of Shreveport, LA, and Linda Haley of McCarley, MS. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Ronald Moffett; parents, H. C. and Maggie Juanita Nance Buchanan; brother, David Lang; and sisters, Linda Hart and Martha Ramsey.
