Larry Russell

Mr. Larry Russell, 69, of Kosciusko, passed away August 16, 2020 at UMMC in Jackson. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 22nd at Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Meggs will officiate. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Little Larry was a great guitarist, playing mainly gospel and country songs. He loved to work in his garden and play with his dog Blue. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa (Eddie) Singletary and Amie (Rich) Simpson; sister, Gloria Tavares; partner; Judy Stewart; grandchildren, Holden, Abby, Gracie and Memphis Singletary, Emma, McCool and Faylyn Simpson. Preceding him in death are his parents, William Leon and Annie Elizabeth Russell; brother; James Russell; sister, Ilene Tavares. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude hospital.
