Kathryn June Drake, 82, of Pearl formerly of West, MS passed away January 1, 2022 at Merit Health Central in Jackson, MS. A private family service will be held at Musslewhite Cemetery with David Drake officiating the service. Mrs. Drake was born June 10, 1939 in Itta Bena, MS to Levi Cecil and Louise Matthews Mrs. Drake retired from East Holmes Acacemy where she worked for many years as a bookkeeper. She was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church. June was survived by a son, David Drake (Alisa) of Pearl, MS; one daughter, LaDonna Wilson (Stacey) of Inverness, MS; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five siblings.
