Judy Kate Lindsey, 75, of Scottsville, KY, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025, at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. Visitation is 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2025, at Jordan Funeral Home. A second visitation will be 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Carson Ridge Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Carson Ridge Baptist Church, with burial in Carson Ridge Cemetery. Rev. Lynn Cain and Rev. Tommy Allen will officiate the services.
Mrs. Lindsey graduated from Ethel High School in 1967 and is a member of Scottsville First General Baptist Church. She loves picking at yard sales and going to Goodwill.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Lindsey; parents, George Mitchell Watts and Nita Christine Oliver Watts; son, Jeffery Lindsey; daughter, Judy Lynn Lindsey; and brother, Roland Watts.
Judy is survived by her son, Joe Lindsey of Radcliff, Kentucky; daughter, Darlene (Johnny) Jones of Bowling Green, Kentucky; brothers, Allen Watts of Ethel, Mississippi, and Dannie Watts of Radcliff, Kentucky; sister, Joyce (Frank) Weaver of Ethel, Mississippi; grandchildren, Brittany Dohm, Jessica Geiger, Courtany Ricker, Morgan Lindsey, Lindsey Phillips, Leslie Shearer, Jazzmine Cline, and Faith Lindsey; 31 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Morgan Lindsey, Nick Dohm, Joe Phillips, Tyler Cline, Jeremy Watts, and Kaden Deason will serve as pallbearers.
