Janice Braswell Martin

Janice Braswell Martin, 71, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2019 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Janice was a member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church near Weir, and a retired cosmetologist. Survivors include her daughter, Christy Braswell Kirk and her son-in-law, Gary Kirk, Jr. of Winona; one brother, Wilbur Joe Howard of Atlanta, GA, two sisters, Linda Joyce King of Ft. Mills, SC, and Regina Howard Weeks of Weir; five grandchildren, Hayden Kirk, Paisley Kirk Davterive, Kally Kirk, Peyton Gordon, and Zoe Coleman; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, A. H. "Joe" Howard and Juanita Kerr Howard; and one daughter, Catrice Braswell Gordon.
