James Winkler

James Herman Winkler, 89, of Kosciusko, MS passed away June 27, 2022, at Baptist Medical Center-Attala in Kosciusko. A Memorial Celebration will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2022, at The Venue at Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. James was owner and operator of furniture store and a farmer. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. Mr. James Winkler is survived by daughter, Sherri Winkler of Gulfport, MS; stepson, David Tillson; step-grandchildren, Nickie Tillson Giovanni and Devin Jake Tillson; and step-great grandchild Hunter Giovanni. He was preceded in death by parents, Harold Winkler and Gladys Thomas Winkler.
