Irene M. Serafin, 85, of Pickens, Mississippi, passed away Monday, September 16, 2024, at the Attala County Nursing Center. Graveside services were at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Shiloh Cemetery in Madison County, Mississippi.
Irene was born February 3, 1939, in Camden, Mississippi to Ben Allen McMullen and Helen Jones Linn McMullen. She retired as a bank teller for Bank Plus in Pickens, Mississippi.
Irene is survived by her daughter, Rachel Humer of Oxnard, California, and her grandson, Tyler Humer of Pasadena, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben Allen McMullen and Helen Jones Linn McMullen, two brothers, and three sisters.
