Hunter Wofford

Hunter Wofford, 29, of Kosciusko, Mississippi passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024. Visitation is 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 17, 2024, at Kosciusko First Baptist Church. Funeral service is at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 17, 2024, at Kosciusko First Baptist Church with burial to follow at Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Mark Parnell and Bro. Les Ferguson will officiate. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Hunter was born November 3, 1994, to Thomas Michael Wofford and Anita Crump Wofford in Amory, Mississippi. He was a maintenance Supervisor with Nissan of Canton. Hunter attended Kosciusko First Baptist Church. He was a member of Kosciusko Gun Range and loved anything to do with guns, the outdoors and was always down for a trip. Hunter adored his wife Nicole, his dog Milo, and loved to spoil his nieces and nephews. He never met a stranger and had an infectious laugh with a heart of gold.

Hunter is survived by his wife, Nicole Wofford of Kosciusko, Mississippi; parents, Mike and Anita Wofford of Kosciusko, Mississippi; brothers, Justin (Jessica) Wofford of Columbus, Mississippi, and Jake (Laura Leigh) Nabors of Kosciusko, Mississippi; sister, Leslie (Wesley) Stiglets of Jonesboro, Arkansas; nieces and nephews, Hayden and Logan Wofford, Ryleigh and Addie Nabors, Max, Millie, and Mikey Stiglets, and Audrey and Archer Massey; and his loving dogs, Milo and Mia.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mildred and W.C. Crump, and paternal grandparents, Modine Wofford.

Serving as pallbearers are Dillon Myrick, Paschal Massey, Wesley Stiglets, Justin Wofford, Jake Nabors, Hayden Wofford, Logan Wofford, Zach Quillin, and Kris Upchurch. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Wayne Gortney and Dwight Myrick.
