Guy Rhodes

Guy Edward Rhodes, Sr., 73, died May 1, 2014 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2014 at Jordan Funeral Home, and Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko, MS. Services are 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Jordan Funeral Home with burial in Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Ralph Hunt will officiate the services. Mr. Rhodes was a retired Chief Engineer for tow boats. He was a member of Doty Springs Baptist Church, and served in the United States Army. He is survived by sons, Guy Rhodes, Jr. of AL, Kevin Rhodes of Kosciusko, MS, and Johnny Rhodes of Meridian, MS; brothers, Fred Rhodes of Kosciusko, MS, Jack Rhodes of Kosciusko, MS, and Buddy Rhodes of AL; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers include: Jerry Williamson, Randy Edwards, Keith McCool, Bobby Thweatt, Paul Holly, Bobby Black, and Scott Walters.
