Miss Sarah Gertrude Chennault, 83, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2019 at the Choctaw Residential Center in Philadelphia, MS. Visitation is from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Smyrna Cemetery. Rev. Butch Bell will officiate. She was of the Faith Free Presbyterian Church in Greenville, SC. She was an administrator at Bob Jones University over the admitting of student for 53 years. She is survived by her brothers, James Doris (Shirley) Chennault of Corinth, MS and Eugene (Linda) Chennault of Kosciusko; sister, Lula Maude Walley of Clinton, MS; a host of nieces and nephews; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Oma Chennault; and her parents, Patrick Henry and Minnie Inez Terry Chennault. Pallbearers are Jason Chennault, Rusty Chennault, Tim Chennault, Don Chennault, Doyle Walley, Ricky Henderson, Michael Murphy, and Stephen Clark.
