Evelyn Elizabeth Lewis Goss

Evelyn Elizabeth Lewis Goss, 85, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Thursday and 12-1:45 p.m. Friday at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. at the Kosciusko First Baptist Church with burial was in Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Barry Corbett will officiate. She was a life time member of First Baptist Church and a member of the Melba White Sunday School Class. Survivors include husband of 65 years, Roy Goss, Sr. of Kosciusko; son, Roy Goss, Jr.; daughters, Belinda Goss of Kosciusko and Carol Anne Goss Burnham of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Jeffery Wyatt Adkerson, Paul Clayton Adkerson, Sera Elizabeth Burnham Johnson, Amy Rochelle Burnham; great-grandchildren, Trey Johnson, Katelyn Entriken, Emily Adkerson, and Lauren Adkerson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lanny Leon and Katie Lou Amy Rosamond Lewis. Pallbearers are Paul Adkerson, Larry Pee, Charles Allen, Trey Johnson, Bryan Johnson, and Jeff Adkerson. Honorary pallbearer is Cliff Townsend. Memorials may be sent to the Son Building of First Baptist Church.
