Era Jean Crowson

Mrs. Era Jean Morgan Crowson, 92, of Kosciusko, MS passed away Monday, July 18, 2022, at the University of MS Medical Center in Jackson, MS surrounded by family. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Jordan Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at Williamsville Baptist Church. Funeral Services are at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at Williamsville Baptist Church with burial to follow at Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Junior Davis and Rev. Jeremy Tillman will be officiating the service. Mrs. Crowson was a member of Williamsville Baptist Church. She was very involved in various activities in the church such as the pastor search committee, finance committee, and building committee. She was retired as a licensed practical nurse with Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital for 25 years. Mrs. Era Jean Crowson is survived by sons, James (Debbie) Crowson of Kosciusko, Terry Crowson of Kosciusko, and Robert (Missy) Crowson of Brandon; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Arnette Morgan and Era Gay Ward Morgan; husband, Joseph W. "Joe" Crowson; sister, Carolyn Husbands; and great-grandchildren Carter Rush and Katie Grace Crowson. Serving as pallbearers are Wes Breazeale, Jimmy Williamson, Gerald Barnes, Steve Lane, Steve Rawson, and Dwight Myrick. Serving as honorary pallbearer Kaleb Gibson.
