Elmo Hugh Breazeale

August 10, 1925 — August 31, 2015

Elmo Hugh Breazeale, 90, born August 10, 1925 in Attala County, MS, went to heaven from his earthly home on August 31, 2015, with his loving wife of 70 years, Frances and family by his side. He is preceded by his parents, Milton Breazeale and Louvie O'Briant Breazeale McGehee, and his siblings, Carl Wayne Breazeale, Hazel Oliver, Helon Koch, Lloyd Breazeale, and Ouida Pitts. Elmo served as a medic in the U.S. Army in WWII and served three years in the Army Reserve. He returned to Kosciusko and began a stellar career in wholesale appliance and electronics sales, and was the #1 RCA salesman in the USA, serving as President of the RCA Excel Club. He was an outstanding and renowned bass fisherman and designed lures. His advice was sought by friends and pros alike. He was a charter member of Bass Anglers Sportsman Society. He also entertained family and friends with his excellent self-taught harmonica playing and was a fun storyteller with a deep, jovial laugh. He had a sweet love for all his pets and talked and sang to them often. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Kosciusko, MS and received his 65 year pin as a member of Masonic Lodge #88. He leaves his wife, Frances Anderson Breazeale, his three children, Kaye B. Allen of Jackson, MS; E.H. "Bubba" Breazeale, Jr., of Austin, TX; and Beth B. Morton of Madison, MS. His grandchildren, who fondly called him Daddy Mo, are M. Todd Allen of Jackson, MS; H. Trenton Allen and wife, Aprille, of Brandon, MS; E.H. Breazeale, III of Dublin, Ireland; Heath Breazeale and wife, Tanya, Yancey Breazeale, and Seth Breazeale and wife, Kim all of Austin, TX; and Ethan Huckabee of Madison, MS. Great-grandchildren are Graham Allen and Carson Allen of Brandon, MS, Josiah T. Allen, Jonathan Allen, Hudson Allen and Eden Joy Allen of Brandon, MS; Morgan Breazeale, Hunter Breazeale, Avery Breazeale, Clayton Breazeale, Kayden Breazeale, and Zane Breazeale of Austin, TX. Visitation will be at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko, MS from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday Sept. 4, 2015 and Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 at 10 a.m. Services will be Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Barry Corbett of FBC-Kosciusko and Pastor Trent Allen of Calvary Chapel-Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Parkway Cemetery, Kosciusko, MS.
