Eliza Jane "Janie" Duncan Thomas, 94, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014 in the Attala County Nursing Center in Kosciusko. Visitation is 6-7:30 p.m. Friday, July 25 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko, MS. Graveside services are 10 a.m. on Saturday in the Parkway Cemetery. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Dr. Don Patterson will officiate. She was born on October 12, 1919 in Attala County, MS. She was known for her love for her family and always had a twinkle in her eye. She was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her sister, Edna Conty of Forty Fort, PA; and two nephews, Donald Conty and Leake Zachry She was predeceased by her husband, Dewitt C. Thomas.
