Earline King

Earline W. King, 58, recently relocated from Nashville, TN to her beloved Kosciusko passed away September 16, 2021 at her residence. Most recently employed in health care with HCA/Skyline Hospital in Nashville, TN. Mrs. King graduated in 2006 from Volunteer State Community College in Hendersonville, TN with an Associates Degree in Allied Health. Her entire work career was in ‘hands on’ serving others. Her husband, Jerry W. King, survives Earline; Along with Mother, Ruby Fowler currently of Louisville, MS; Daughter, Angelia Bowie and son, Allen Steen; also of Kosciusko, Three brothers, Charles Woods of Aberdeen, MS. Billy Joe Woods of Abingdon, MD, and her twin brother, Edward Woods of Florence, KY. Three Sisters, Betty Ruth Smith of Fayetteville, GA, Martha Evans of Vernon, AL, and Elizabeth Clark of Kosciusko. Earline and Jerry shared twenty grandchildren between them. Mrs. King was preceded in death by her father, Hugh Woods; brother, Elmer Woods; and half-sister Jimmie Rae Hollie. Visitation is Sunday, September 19th from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral will commence at 2pm. in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Parkway Cemetery. Brother Junior Davis of Louisville will minister. Serving as pallbearers will be Allen Steen, Wyatt Horne, Thomas Ingram, Steve Clark, Josh Armstrong, and Sean Bowie. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
