E. Joyce Collins, 74, of McCool, Mississippi passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
Joyce was born July 7, 1949, in Louisiana to Houston Baker and Olivia Inez Blount. She was a homemaker.
Joyce is survived by her sons Thomas Dees of McCool, Mississippi, Bill Williams of Kilmichael, Mississippi, J. B. Williams of French Camp, Mississippi, and Glenn Chaney of McCool, Mississippi; daughters Jerriel Bankston of McCool, Mississippi, Ann Dees of McCool, Mississippi, Rachel Bankston Albany, Louisiana, Vanessa Williams of Kilmichael, Mississippi, Jennifer Dees of Kosciusko, Mississippi, and Faith Wynn of Chatsworth, Georgia; brothers Earl Kinchen and Jerry Kinchen of Albany, Louisiana; sister Annie Carpenter of Albany, Louisiana; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
