Diane Leonna Babajian

Diane Leonna Babajian, 72, died July 19, 2015, at Greenwood-Leflore Hospital in Greenwood, MS. Visitation is Wednesday, July 22 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Yockanookany Baptist Church Cemetery. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Rev. Donald Self will officiate. She was a member of the Yockanookany Baptist Church. She attended French Camp Academy grade school, Nimitz Jr. High School in Huntington Park, CA. and graduated from Bell High School in the City of Bell, CA. She was a resident of Mississippi and California. She enjoyed dining and socializing at the VFW. She is survived by her seven children, Lisa Barraza of Adelanto, CA, Julie Pedrego of Kosciusko, MS, Stephanie Johnson of Victorville, CA, Steven Marquerdt of Vaiden, MS, Diana Babajian of Las Vegas, NV, Vickie Babajian of Las Vegas, NV, Sheila Babajian of Las Vegas, NV; nine grandchildren, Joaquin Barraza, Alberto Barraza, Manuel Barraza, Stephanie Pedrego, Swayze Marquerdt, Pearce Marquerdt, Leonna Johnson, Paul Johnson, and Raymond Johnson; brother, Morris Howell of Apple Valley, CA; and sister, Louise Huggins of Ethel, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Burtis Collins Howell; Stewart Howell, Vernon Howell, and Wilson Ray Howell. Pallbearers are Steven Marquerdt, Jason Ingal, Ronnie Armstrong, and Evan Armstrong.
