Clarence E. "Clay" Morgan IV, 48, of French Camp, died Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Choctaw County Medical Center. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. till 2 p.m. Monday, November 9 at the French Camp Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. and burial will be in French Camp Cemetery. Rev. Alex Coblentz and Stewart Edwards will officiate. Mr. Morgan was born December 19, 1966, in Memphis TN. He was a graduate of Kosciusko High School, Northwest Community College, and the University of Mississippi. He loved his Ole Miss Rebels and bled red and blue. He was an Economic Developer for North Central Planning and Developing District. He was a member of French Camp Presbyterian Church. Those surviving him are his wife, Jennifer C. Morgan; son, Jon C. Morgan; daughter, Katee Anne Morgan all of French Camp; father, Clarence E. Morgan III, and fiancée, Sara Knight of Kosciusko; mother, Ginger Rose-Jeanes of Ackerman; a sister, Somer Newland and husband, Jimmy of Houston, TX; in-laws John and Peggy Cockrell of French Camp; one niece and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Clarence E. Morgan, Jr. and Gertrude Morgan; maternal grandparents, Brehon and Martha Rose, and an uncle, Edwin Triplett. Memorials may be sent to the French Camp Presbyterian Church.
