Beatrice Pettit Edwards, 93, died Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at her home. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday, February 13 in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Randolph Scott will officiate. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Brenda Edwards of Carthage; sisters, Joyce Nail of Grenada and Martha Mullins of Mendenhall; and several nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Edwards; parents, John Vernon and Ophelia Pettit; brother, E.M. Pettit; and sister, Peggy Henderson. Memorials made by sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
