Dianne O’Cain, 54, of Kosciusko, Mississippi passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023, at her residence. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2023, and 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral service is at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at McClain Cemetery. Rev. Jeremy Tillman will officiate.
Dianne was born August 10, 1969, in Meridian, Mississippi to Marshall Nix and Hilda Aline Sullivan Schrimpshire. She was a truck driver for Total Transportation.
Dianne is survived by sons Robbie O’Cain and Christopher Miller; daughter Casey Dabbs; father, Marshall Nix; brothers, Jerold “Tinker” Schrimpshire and Brad “Bug” Schrimpshire; sisters Vicki Edwards and Michele Hollinghead; grandchildren Aderon Sparkman, Marleigh Dabbs, Issie Dabbs, Kayden Sparkman, Timberlynn Roberts, Mitchell O’Cain, Xander O’Cain, and Marleah Crowell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother Hilda Schrimpshire and stepfather Jerold Schrimpshire, Sr., sister Gail Schrimpshire, wife Michelle O’Cain.
Serving as pallbearers are Jennifer Nix, Jacob Edwards, Mikia Bully, Ethan Leach, Ashton Scott, and Fareno Jackson. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Storm.
